The Mono Orange Squeegee blade has a shore hardness of 60, this is considered to be a medium soft blade with a suggested use with a mesh count of 15T-77T

The Mono Yellow Squeegee blade has a shore hardness of 70, this is considered to be a medium soft blade with a suggested use with a mesh count of 43T-120T

The Mono Pink Squeegee blade has a shore hardness of 80, this is considered to be a medium soft blade with a suggested use with a mesh count of 15T-77T.

Our Orange Triple Durometer Squeegee blade has a shore hardness of 55/90/55, this kind of blade is considered to be a medium soft blade with a suggested mesh count of 43T-90T.  The triple cross section of this blades has a center core of 90 shore with the two outer edges being of a softer 55 shore. This gives you softer edges but a more rigid core for your screen printing activities.

Our Blue Triple Durometer Squeegee blade has a shore hardness of 62/90/62, this kind of blade is considered to be a medium soft blade with a suggested mesh count of 43T-90T.  The triple cross section of this blade had a center core of 90 shore with the two outer edges being of a softer 62 shore. This gives you softer edges but a more rigid core for your screen printing activities.

Our Yellow Triple Durometer Squeegee blade has a shore hardness of 70/90/70, this kind of blade is considered to be a medium soft blade with a suggested mesh count of 43T-90T.  The triple cross section of this blade had a center core of 90 shore with the two outer edges being of a softer 70 shore. This gives you softer edges but a more rigid core for your screen printing activities.


These blades are all ideal for textiles when printing lighter colours onto darker substrates but are generally good all round blades to use.

As a general rule the softer the squeegee blade then the more ink that will be deposited, these blades have great durability with both chemicals and abrasions and even the most aggressive inks encountered.

Supplied in 3660mm roll lengths and sectional sizes of 50mm x 9mm, the squeegee blades are suitable for use with plastisol inks, solvents and water based ink systems – all of which have yielded great results with these particular squeegee blades.

This squeegee blade can be used with a handle such as our Ergo Force Squeegee Handles for your screen printing activities.
