Description
Total Ink Solutions Glitter Series is a phthalate free plastisol ink that has a low cure formulation to go along with its amazing glitter properties. This series is the ultimate choice when looking to add some bling to your client’s project.
How to use
Print glitter with ease by using the correct mesh screen. There is no need for an underbase with this product. Simply print 2 hits of ink and you are good to go for each colour. If you are printing multiple inks, then flash the glitter ink at 220°F (105°C) for 3 - 5 seconds prior to printing your next colour. The glitters reflective attribute may elongate the flash time depending on flash unit. Make sure to test prior to full production.

50% Cotton / 50% Polyester
100% Polyester
MESH:
For automatic presses we recommend 25-30 Mesh. On Manual presses we recommend 40 mesh or lower screens.
Curing Instructions:
Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3 - 5 seconds and cure at 280°F (137°C) – 300°F (148°C).
Storage Information:
Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight. Best Use within one year of manufacturing date.
