Placing an order

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order via this ecommerce store you are making an offer to Screen Print Essentials Ltd to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order an email will be sent to you to confirm that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Screen Print Essentials Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

Your Credit/Debit card will be authorised when your order is placed. This does not affect your statutory rights. If any item is out of stock we will contact you immediately.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. Please see delivery information.


Your right to cancel

You may normally cancel your order, (once accepted by us), for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full.


Returns policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, then you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt as specified in the DTI's Distance Selling Regulations. We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions for the original postage and packaging costs and your refund will be made immediately upon receipt.


Returning goods

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty. All returns are the responsibility of the sender and we advise that they are sent 'signed for' with appropriate insurance.
