Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Debit and Credit card via Stripe or Bank transfer.
Q: Can we track our order?
A: Yes, you should receive tracking details via email from our couriers. If for some reason this does not arrive please contact us for the information.
Q: Do your prices include delivery?
A: No, this will be added at the shopping cart, and is dependent on weight and location.
Q: Do you deliver internationally?
A: We can deliver Worldwide, if outside of Mainland Europe please make contact prior to placing any order, as surcharges can apply.
Q: Do your prices include VAT?
A: No, the VAT will be added at the shopping cart.
Q: Can I purchase everything online?
A: All our products are online, if you require something not shown please send and enquiry via our contact us page and we will do our best to assist.
Q: Are your Colours, weights and sizes exact?
A: Any Pantone colour mixes are exact to recipe, all colours shown online may differ slightly due to any variations in computer monitors. Printed colours will have a variation from the colour shade in the bucket dependent on garment colour and printing process, our sizes are within 6mm tolerance plus or minus.
Q: My Order has arrived damaged, who do we contact?
A: Please contact us within 24 hours to notify us of any damage, and photographic evidence for your claim. Please contact 03300 553640.
Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: Specially ordered items which are non stock, specially mixed pantone colours and custom machinery.
Q: How do reward points work?
A: For every £1 you spend you get 1 reward point, then for every 100 points you collect you get £1 discount in return. These rewards points can then be applied at the checkout.
