Description
The Mono Orange Squeegee blade has a shore hardness of 60, this is considered to be a medium soft blade with a suggested use with a mesh count of 15T-77T.
How to use
These blades are all ideal for textiles when printing lighter colours onto darker substrates but are generally good all round blades to use.
As a general rule the softer the squeegee blade then the more ink that will be deposited, these blades have great durability with both chemicals and abrasions and even the most aggressive inks encountered.
Supplied in 3660mm roll lengths and sectional sizes of 50mm x 9mm, the squeegee blades are suitable for use with plastisol inks, solvents and water based ink systems – all of which have yielded great results with these particular squeegee blades.
