Description
Screen Wash #145 is designed to remove plastisol and UV inks when reclaiming your screen, or for removing the ink only and saving the screen.
It is emulsion and capillary stencil safe.
The fabric is protected from ghosting and deep stains, which makes it much easier to reclaim the screen.
This product can be recirculated or applied manually.
How to use
First of all use a card to remove excess ink from the screen. Then spray the product onto the ink side of the screen. Agitate the ink with a non-abrasive brush or cloth/cleaning pad. Repeat the process on the opposite side. Use high-pressure rinse (wash from the bottom to top), this will help stop the ink locking itself back onto the mesh when it comes in contact with the water.
